Refund Policy
Last updated
If Tidix is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
14 days, no reason needed
You can get a full refund of any Tidix purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. You do not need to tell us why.
You can also try Tidix before you buy: without a license, it runs in a free mode that shows CPU and memory.
How to ask for a refund
Use either of these:
- Email support@tidix.app from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number if you have it.
- Ask Paddle directly, through the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net.
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, took your payment, so Paddle issues the refund.
How you get your money back
Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used and usually processes a refund within a few business days. When it appears on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
What happens to your license
A full refund revokes the license. Tidix on each Mac that used it returns to free mode at its next license check, which happens once a day while the Mac is online. A Mac that stays offline returns to free mode at the latest when its 14-day offline period ends.
A partial refund does not revoke the license.
If you dispute the payment with your bank or card issuer and the chargeback is accepted, the license is revoked in the same way.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your legal rights; it does not replace them. If the law where you live gives you more, such as the right of withdrawal that consumers have in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you keep those rights as well.
